tom's biography

Tom Koltai brings 25 years of corporate experience to TK Business Development + Solutions, Inc. He is an experienced and energetic team leader with a proven record of business improvements in complex and varying environments.


A pro-active strategist with strong operations experience, he has led the rebuilding of sales organizations, product development and marketing, manufacturing and distribution infrastructures in Canada, the U.S. and internationally.


He has provided management and leadership through financial restructurings, the operation of joint ventures, and in the negotiation and direction of production and procurement contracts as well as contributing toward, and impact on, government policies.



•  Chief Operating Officer of Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation

•  Functional leadership of product development, sales, marketings, manufacturing and technical services

•  Directed and negotiated multi-million dollar purchasing contracts and international licensing agreements

•  Led strategic planning, budgeting and objectives setting activities

•  Financial restructuring, acquisitions, and divestures

•  Led Molson Breweries Western Canadian Logistics and Purchasing activities

•  Oversaw logistics and sales planning for $500 Million sales budget.

dacy's biography

Dacy Koltai’s own consultancy practise collaborates closely with TK Business Development on a number of important projects. Dacy’s nearly 20 years in finance and commercial banking has provided her with the ability to quickly understand a business’ financial circumstances.  She has been a management consultant working with North American firms for over 10 years.  Her primary focus has been in the financial and organizational structures of a large cross section of businesses. Dacy has had experience in significant elements of many organizations.


Dacy understands the value of sound corporate strategies and how to monitor and improve performance against thoughtfully developed goals and objectives. Dacy brings great strengths to TKB and her own clients.
